Le Goût du jour offers traditional French bistronomic cuisine. As for wine, more than 60 references from the region will be proposed to you to perfect your gustative experience. The homemade cuisine is perfectly combined with the cosy setting, with its old stones and its vaulted room, in the heart of the historic center of Avignon. It used to be an old sheepfold. The Avignon-based chef Julien Chazal sublimates seasonal and local products. The plates are refined and delicately presented: duck confit, bull filet or flambéed gambas are on the menu.

Nous avons passés un très bon moment en famille à l’occasion de deux anniversaires.
Nous avons très bien mangé avec des plats raffinés et un service convivial dans la bonne humeur. Nous, nous sommes régalés et reviendrons de sur dans ce restaurant qui nous sommes sûr ira loin dans la gastronomie !

J'avais adoré ma première visite dans ce restaurant. En revanche très déçue pour la seconde. Réservation faite plus d'1 mois à l'avance pour se rendre compte par un mail dans mes spams que celle-ci a été annulée. Après un appel pour mieux comprendre, il s'agit d'une privatisation pour un mariage, ce que je peux comprendre, mais un petit coup de fil pour s'en excuser n'aurait pas été de trop !

Sur les conseils d’un ami, nous avons passé le cap de la réservation et nous avons découvert un restaurant tout en surprise avec une carte comme nous l’aimons : des produits simples sublimés, une présentation travaillée, des accords surprenants, des notes asiatiques… et pour couronner le tout, un accord mets et vins pour parfaire la soirée. Très bon resto, les plats sont excellents et le personnel est à l'écoute de ses clients, j'y suis allée un jour à midi, en travaillant à côté, c'est très pratique et de plus le tarif est très abordable, seul bémol (car il en faut un mais tout petit) est qu'ils ne prennent pas les tickets resto sinon je le recommande vivement. Excellent
