Le Goût du jour offers traditional French bistronomic cuisine. As for wine, more than 60 references from the region will be proposed to you to perfect your gustative experience. The homemade cuisine is perfectly combined with the cosy setting, with its old stones and its vaulted room, in the heart of the historic center of Avignon. It used to be an old sheepfold. The Avignon-based chef Julien Chazal sublimates seasonal and local products. The plates are refined and delicately presented: duck confit, bull filet or flambéed gambas are on the menu.
