Only the finest products and creations according to the market: scallops, beet, coriander and lemon Buddha hand, monkfish cooked on the bone and sage fritters, crispy sweetbreads with sweet and sour juice, braised endive and grilled mandarin marmalade, Mont Blanc chestnut and blackcurrant.
