With confit of Monteux pork belly, swordfish a la plancha, charcuterie, cheese and tapas boards to share, and a variety of desserts, Les Gustaves isn't just for hotel guests. You can come for a business lunch or a group meal. Enjoy a drink at the bar. Good to know: the Confluence Spectacles venue is right next door.
