LE RACINE
A friendly restaurant that serves delicious dishes made with fresh seasonal produce, thanks to the chef's creativity, at low prices.
At the Mercure hotel restaurant, Pierre Onde creates beautiful dishes with fresh seasonal produce, a bistronomic cuisine that smells of Provence. This young chef, born in Avignon, worked at a number of fine restaurants before Le Racine, including those of the Frères Pourcel. The lunchtime menu allows you to treat yourself at a low price. The setting is very pleasant, newly revamped by decorator Pascale Palun. It's the perfect place for a business lunch, a lunch with the girls, a dinner for two, or half-board if you're staying in a hotel.
