Aurélie and Jonathan travelled extensively, notably in Canada, before settling here in 2022. Their motto in the kitchen is to make the most of the finest produce - fish, meat and vegetables - sourced locally, in creative seasonal recipes. Provence flirts with the spices of the world in beautiful plates, from starter to dessert; everything is there to please the palate and the eye: flavors, textures and colors.
