Mis à part les quelques marches difficiles avec des bagages entre le dépose minute et la réception (mais le personnel veille à aider les clients) le reste est au top, en particulier le service - de la réception au restaurant.
Parking public dans le prolongement du tunnel d'accès et tarif spécial Hôtel.
Conseil : oubliez votre voiture pendant au moins 24H.
De l'Hôtel on peut rejoindre en 5 minutes la place de l'Horloge ou le Palais des Papes.
