Hotel located in the middle of all the restaurants of the Place de l'Horloge
It's nestled in the middle of all the restaurants on Place de l'Horloge, so it's not easy to spot. The lobby is rather narrow. But the hotel has the advantage of being in the right place! Just a stone's throw from the Palais des Papes and the Pont d'Avignon, on the edge of the pedestrian streets, at the end of the Rue de la République, you couldn't be more central. The rooms on the second floor have been redecorated with a colorful wall panel, making a welcome change from the more standard rooms.

The hotel stuff says the aircon broke down and it will only be repaired 3 days later after we checked out.
We told Expedia on this and they said the hotel refused to made the refund. This is a irresponsible hotel!

We understand that you were disappointed that the air conditioning was not turned on during your stay in May. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
We would like to clarify that the air conditioning was not broken, but was not turned on both with our desire to save energy and in accordance with government energy saving policy. The temperatures in early May were between 9 and 27 degrees Celsius, which is below the threshold for turning on the air conditioning and it was not a matter for any other clients.
We understand that you did not spend one night in the hotel, but only checked in and left several minutes later. We regret that you were not comfortable staying in a room without air conditioning. But you did not even asked us to change room or see if later you would feel more comfortable. However, we believe that we were in compliance with government regulations and official displays.
We also understand that you chose a non-refundable rate. This rate is typically cheaper than a standard rate, but it does not allow for cancellations or changes. We apologize that you were not able to cancel your reservation before 6 pm, but this is a policy that is in place for all non-refundable rates.
We are sorry that you did not appreciate our concern for the environment and reducing our ecological footprint. We believe that it is important to balance the need for energy conservation with the needs of our guests. We are always looking for ways to improve our sustainability practices, and we will take your feedback into consideration.

I am sorry to hear that you had a negative experience at our hotel if you indeed stayed in our hotel (August 2023).
I would like to clarify that our AC is not broken, and we have no record of a booking under your name. I believe that you may have stayed at a different hotel, and that you are confusing us with another establishment. We looked in our records until 2020 and we could not find a reservation under your name.
If you did stay at our hotel, I would like to apologize for any misunderstanding.

Nous regrettons que vous ayez pu constater un léger défaut d'insonorisation entre les chambres. Nous allons faire le nécessaire pour améliorer ce point.
