LE FESTIVAL DES GLACES
Planted at the corner of the Clock and the Rue de la République, the sign leaves no doubt. Moreover, the ice cuts are-nor are my fridges-topped with cakes. Gourmets can also be tempted by pastries and other calissons, meringues, Lyon quenelles and nearby chocolate shelves (since 1897!). But it's also a tea salon that offers a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. From the first rays of sunshine, sit on the terrace. There, the rates of consos are quite high. Not to mention, in the summer, the super machine to charge the Italian ice cream on the sidewalk, which does not cause a few traffic jams.

The coffee is also very pleasant in winter for an afternoon snack tea and cake.
