In the Saint-Chamand area, not far from Cape Town. This well-equipped room with an area of 450 m 2 is animated by Michel Boumaza, the boxing Educator of the CASL team (Club Avignon Sports Leisure). Located in the centre of the water stadium, under the swimming pool, the room has complete equipment (cardio-strength equipment, sauna…) to train the (possibly) future Jean Marc Mormeck or Brahim Asloum. It teaches the golden rules of the "noble art", in particular the respect of the opponent and the dépassement of oneself and the basic technical bases. Courses offered in boxing school (from 8 years up to 16 years) and in recreational boxing (men and women over 16 years of age), no access to competition under the colours of CASL. Kick boxing sections (kick and leisure school) and cardio boxing and women's boxing (for women over 16 years of age) have recently been put in place.
