Created in 1979 pursuant to the Architecture Act of January 1977, the CAUE de Vaucluse guarantees public service tasks in the fields of architecture, urban planning, environment and landscape. Attached to the General Council, it conducts awareness days and organizes training and information sessions with the general public or professionals. The CAUE also has the task of accompanying the master of public works with local authorities and other public or private partners. At the disposal of individuals, to inform them in any area that relates to the act of constructing, renovating or expanding, the architects of territorial advisers assume a free consultancy mission as close as possible to the request, through hotlines in the town hall, DDE or at the headquarters of the local CAUE.
