CHAMBRE D’AGRICULTURE DE VAUCLUSE
In a department with a strong wine tradition and specialized in the cultivation and harvest of fruit and vegetables, the Agricultural Chamber of Vaucluse is responsible for carrying out three separate missions. An advisory mission: as close as possible to farmers, it represents the agricultural and rural world and defends its interests with the public authorities; an intervention mission on which it invests in skills and services to support its members: training, consultancy and management, technical and agricultural advice, innovation, research and experimentation, environment… finally a communication mission: promotion of agriculture in the Vaucluse (local fairs and agricultural fairs in Paris), dissemination of information, technical bulletins… The Agricultural Chamber of Vaucluse consists of an assembly of elected representatives and employees (engineers, technicians, administrative staff) based at the headquarters of the Agroparc and in the nine decentralized offices spread over four territories: valley of the Rhône, Ventoux, Comtat, Luberon.
