The École Hôtelière d'Avignon is a vocational training establishment located in Avignon. Founded in 1968, it boasts two restaurants and an application hotel, as well as professional kitchens, a sommelier area, connected classrooms and amphitheaters. Students work in a modern, dynamic environment, helping them to integrate into the professional world. The school also offers internships and language stays to enable students to discover other cultures. The 70 teachers and lecturers are professionals in the hotel and restaurant industry, sharing their passion and expertise with students. The school regularly takes part in competitions of excellence, winning numerous prizes in France and abroad. The school's training establishments are open to the public, offering the opportunity to sample menus prepared and served by the students.
