UNIVERSITÉ D'AVIGNON ET DES PAYS DE VAUCLUSE
A 700-year-old frame spread over 50 000 m 2, ideal for studying. To date, it hosts more than 7 500 students from all over France, but also from abroad. In addition to splendid courtyards and gardens, the University of Avignon and the countries of Vaucluse have a building - the Sainte-Marthe site - classified as national heritage, model of authenticity (cloisters, XVII staircase) and modernism (amphitheatres, classrooms). It issues training and diplomas - License, Master, Doctorate - in areas such as "social and social sciences" (geography, history, information and communication), "arts, letters and languages", "science, technology, health" (mathematics, physics, chemistry, STAPS…) and "law, economy, management" (public administration, economic and social administration). Also, possibility of obtaining a DU, an OTC or a professional license through short training. In order to promote professional integration and to assist in the creation of a business, the University also allows employed adults or jobseekers to benefit from a continuous training service. Please note that seminars, debates, conferences and exhibitions are held on a regular basis within the University.
