LOUIS VOULAND MUSEUM
Museum containing rich elements of decorative art and Provencal paintings in the mansion of Villeneuve-Esclapon.
Located in the Villeneuve-Esclapon mansion at the end of the 19th century, this museum bears the name of the rich industrialist who made it his main residence in 1927. A lover of 17th and 18th century art, Louis Vouland collected furniture and objects from this period. The mansion contains rich decorative arts elements - tapestries, porcelain, chandeliers, gilding - from the 17th and 18th centuries, and works by Provencal painters from the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Temporary exhibitions complete the permanent collections.
