Dishes, vegetables with traditional recipes and a reasonably priced wine list in Bédoin.
Here, in a cozy dining room, Nancy (in the dining room) and François Duclaux (in the kitchen) pay tribute to the region. Every day, the chalkboard menu delivers its attendant dishes and vegetables from «the garden of grandpas», with traditional recipes: cuttlefish with aïoli, octopus with white wine, bourride sétoise (revisited…), wild boar stew with red wine, tartine du chasseur with partridge (a boneless partridge served with foie gras escalope), milk rice, chestnut crème brûlée… In summer, the all-you-can-eat Provencal great buffet is always a pleasure: aioli, homemade terrines, rabbit rillets, caillettes, crespeou, petits farcis, sardines with escabeche… In winter, it is recommended to book because the dining room can receive only about twenty guests. The wine list contains beautiful labels. And the prices are quite reasonable.
