Restaurant with terrace offering gargantuan dishes of spit-roasted suckling pig and seasonal truffles.
It is probable that all the Vaucluse inhabitants has gone to the chalet at least once. It has marked the south side of Ventoux since 1927! Hikers, skiers, motorcyclists, Sunday strollers and especially cyclists makes it their destination goals. A specialized shop is even reserved to them. The restaurant is located at less than 500 m of the top. The very large panoramic terrace is a true reward after the effort and the room which has been recently refurbished is always animated. You enjoy gargantuan dishes... suckling pig roasted on the spit!!! (on the weekend and on booking). And if sportsmen dare to face the autumnal mistral, they can enjoy the seasonal truffles menu.
