At La Bastide, facing Bonnieux and the Petit Luberon, Noël Bérard sublimates the product, without rushing it. A remarkable cuisine that earned him a Michelin star. On the bistro side, the Café Capelongue offers frank tastes characteristic of Provence. A must in the Luberon, you can meet there by the fireplace or with your feet in the grass, in any season, to taste regional dishes, always in short circuit and in accordance with the seasons.

Ce fût une belle expérience culinaire, la raffinerie des mets était parfaite. L'accueil au top, le service excellent avc association des vins a mon menu choisi, parfait. À faire si vous aimez le gastronomique !

N'étant pas fan des légumes, j'ai voulu tester le menu maraîchers malgré tout et bien , le chef Noël a su sublimer ses plats et me faire voyager ! Bravo !
Je voulais remercier toutes les équipes pour leur savoir faire . De l'accueil au service il n'y avait rien à dire.
Quand a la partie sommellerie, Laurenne est un livre ouvert, félicitations pour ce savoir .

We were staying at the hotel and had eaten in the very good Bistro a couple of time but decided to try La Bastide on the Saturday evening. We were not disappointed ! The food was exceptional and the presentation exquisite. The Sommelier was excellent and she was really helpful explaining how the wine pairing was chosen. I would definitely recommend
