BOURGEOIS LOUISE CHURCH
This church houses a sculpture of hands joined in prayer.
It was part of a Franciscan convent. Although it was sold to a bishop at the time of the Revolution, it did not withstand the ravages of time and became a vulgar and dilapidated barn. It was then that Louise Bourgeois acquired it and completely restored it, even giving it her name. This sculptor has even installed tapestries and some of her works, including a "nourishing" stoup that you must see... it holds a strange surprise and a sculpture of hands joined during prayer.
