Organized since 2006 by Centaures Athletic de la Vallée d'Aigues et du Luberon CAVAL Pertuis, the Trail du Grand Luberon is a sporting event renowned for its friendly, festive atmosphere. The course takes in the Grand Luberon from north to south, offering runners wild trails and ridges with panoramic views of the Provencal massifs and the Alps. Part of the Trails de Provence challenge, the race attracts runners of all levels. 2 courses are on offer: the 25 km Trail du Grand Luberon with 1290 meters of ascent, passing through the Mourre Nègre and offering a complete discovery of the Luberon, and the 14 km Trail du Cabri d'Aigues with 700 meters of ascent, covering the emblematic sites of Cabrières d'Aigues. Paid registrations can be made online.
