Damien Demazur settled in this pretty corner of the Luberon and the Sorgues valley. This young chef from Apt is distinguished by a careful and inventive cuisine. On his map: 2 starters, 2 dishes, 2 desserts and the menu of the day, we are sure of the freshness of the products. When we drove the door of his kitchen, he'raised'a cod haddock which, on the plate, proved to be quite simply tasty. We had the choice that day between a returning fishing return like a blanquette, a cute pig-painted pig with beet juice and a roasted toast duck with small carrots and artichokes, the dish of the day that finally seduced us. In dessert, lemon pie, bâtons sticks and pineapple pomme sherbet was a delight. The efficient service, the clean frame of the old bergerie and more than reasonable addition are the other assets of the Studio of Damien, a gourmet table that we recommend. Not difficult to find, the restaurant is located outside the village on the old road of Gordes.
