A unique name for this restaurant with neat decoration and cuisine. It really does not have anything of a bistro, except perhaps in its origins; the welcome is friendly and the service is fast. You enter a pretty dining room with warm wood panelling and subtle decoration. It is both stylish and comfortable. The chef, Richard Molina, in place here for a few years, offers a tasty cuisine: chicken liver papeton with spice caramel with artichokes pepper sauce with vinaigrette, creamy risotto "Arborio" with shellfish and salpicon, and roasted shrimp with rosemary and for dessert: crunchy madeleine made with chocolate and lavender honey with red fruit soup and caramel for the €28 menu. The fans can rest assured, the house specialty extracted from "the butcher's board": the beef rib for two people (€29) accompanied by its salad and fried apple granulates - is still in good place - as the renowned chocolate cake from elsewhere. The wine list focuses on the region. A beautiful terrace allows you to eat outside in summer. Note that Le Vieux Bistrot also also offers guestrooms.

Malheureusement ils sont débordés cela ce ressent vraiment

Dommage car il y a tout pour l’excellence
La chambre vraiment très bien malheureusement un problème de Clim qui fuit à grosses goutes
Elle coule directement sur le parquet en faisant du bruit.
Et cela n’est pas récent.
Le restaurant très joli cadre une carte alléchante mais plat et service pas à la hauteur.
La qualité des plats est présente mais cela manque de goût de juste assaisonnement
Le service très long nous avons attendu 46mn entre l’entrée et les plats
Nous comprenons que cela n’était pas facile car le restaurant était complet
peut-être une personne de plus résoudrait l’attente
Nous sommes déçus car le cadre est vraiment super
