The Old Village of Cairanne, with its bell tower on the ramparts.
You have two nice roads to get to the village. They pass by the chapel of Saint-Roch. Built by the inhabitants spared from the plague, it is based on the oldest part of the town walls (1123). Its bell tower is on the ramparts. On the left is the 18th century Porte d'Autanne. Then, one passes the round towers and the square tower of the Templars up to the chapel Notre-Dame-des-Excès built in 1631. We then discover the keep surmounted by a campanile. At the back, the old access door, the stairs dating from 1820.
