Pascal and Claire Poulain set up their restaurant in 2016 in the old village patisserie. The 6 à table has been awarded the Bib Gourmand, and deservedly so! The dishes are refined, colorful, delicate and surprising. Start with duck foie gras and apricots marinated in Muscat de Beaumes-de-Venise. Continue with rack of Aveyron pork with sage and pommes grenaille. Finally, Mas de Gouredon strawberries and lemon sorbet with Barroux saffron. You can enjoy the veranda in any season.
