In a former château of the Counts of Toulouse, where you can enjoy a view of the belfry from the terrace, Jérémie Poole serves traditional cuisine every lunchtime, and refined dishes on Friday and Saturday evenings. The menu changes daily, depending on what's available. You'll always have a choice of meat, fish or vegetarian dishes. For dessert, chocolate or fresh fruit salad. Thursday evenings are Cocktail-Tapas evenings, as Jérémie has brought back his bartending skills from London. Over 200 bottles of spirits to choose from! In moderation!
