Serge has been running this restaurant since 1987, and it's still going strong. He combines fine wines with fresh, finely-cooked produce. The setting is refined, with a pleasant terrace in fine weather, and a fine menu in praise of truffles and wine. All year round, truffles perfume dishes and even desserts. Truffle lovers will appreciate the "Wine and Truffle" evenings with winegrowers. Of course, the menu also offers other gourmet suggestions. All vegetables are organically grown, and all meats are of French origin.
