Serge has been running this restaurant since 1987, and it's still going strong. He combines fine wines with fresh, finely-cooked produce. The setting is refined, with a pleasant terrace in fine weather, and a fine menu in praise of truffles and wine. All year round, truffles perfume dishes and even desserts. Truffle lovers will appreciate the "Wine and Truffle" evenings with winegrowers. Of course, the menu also offers other gourmet suggestions. All vegetables are organically grown, and all meats are of French origin.

Un déjeuner tout entier de truffes à un prix très abordable, agrémenté d’un Côte Rôtie, lui aussi abordable. Le tout dans un cadre sans chichi et avec un bel accueil.

Toujours un plaisir de venir se restaurer chez vous.
Lors de ma dernière visite, nous nous sommes retrouvés à l'étage et j'ai trouvé la musique un peu trop fort à mon goût.
Mais sinon, rien a redire sur le repas !

L endroit qu'il faut tester à Carpentras. Un menu du midi vraiment abordable avec entrée, plat, dessert. L assiette et belle, l'association des goûts recherchés. La terrasse est vraiment agréable par ces grosses chaleurs. Je recommande vivement pour une cuisine travaillée et surprenante.
