It is essential for those who share the love of this mythical pilgrimage. Founded in 1998, with more than 600 members on the region, the Association de Compostela and Rome in Provence help the future (and former) pilgrims to prepare it in good conditions. Outings on the department to explore local heritage and the history of pilgrimages, as well as meetings are organized several times in the year. In liaison with the French Hiking Federation, the association participated in the creation and maintenance of routes between Arles and the Italian border.
