Ma chambre n'était pas nettoyée, la moquette était tachée, j'ai trouvé une mouche MORTE dans le frigo des boissons, la baignoire est moisie sur une surface de 6cm sur 1 cm et le radiateur à côté des wc était taché de traces marrons
c'est infect ! Cet hôtel n'est pas digne d'être un Mercure !
