In his lab based in the heart of Cavaillon's bio pole, Bernard Banzo works fresh products and develops recipes full of creativity in both flavours and presentation. Bernard works in the same spirit as his brother Jean-Marc, the chef who gathered Michelin stars for his former restaurants Le Clos de la Hôtel and Clos de l'Hotel Renaissance in Aix-en-Provence which have changed hands and names since. Whatever type of events (baptisms, weddings, communions, seminars) or the formula (buffet, cocktail, personalised aperitif or seated meal), Bernard adapts his performance according to your budget and can take charge of the organisation of your reception from A to Z. picnic places, on board a yacht… Its radius of action covers the departments of Vaucluse and Bouches-du-Rhône, as well as Var and Gard.
