J'avais gentiment demandé une table en particulier : on l'a eue. Le service impeccable : tous plus sympas les uns que les autres. Quant à la cuisine : très, très bon ! Si je voyage de nouveau à Château 9, j'y retourne sans hésiter.

Roasted Brulee a un arôme plein de whisky, pas trop sucré et gras
Poulet grillé de qualité, viande de poisson cuite en apéritif et oignon violet ???? fond dans la bouche, on n'a pas envie de manger du poisson ????, c'est super avec du vin blanc ????
