Since 2007, the Tasting School in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, located at the top of the village, has been run by a team of field oenologists passionate about their profession! Involved in oenological consulting for many estates in the Rhône Valley, they will give you the keys to become enlightened amateurs by exploring colours, aromas, textures... a procession of sensations and emotions within everyone's reach!
The School operates in two forms:
The shared sessions scheduled on Friday evening and Saturday morning, all year round, facilitate individual registrations or the purchase of gift vouchers to offer. The 2-hour Initiation session is a good way to discover the art and mechanisms of tasting (40 €). The oenology sessions allow you to explore the grape varieties, the vintage effect or to better understand the work of organic and biodynamic wines (45 €). The Crus du Rhône North-South and Châteauneuf-du-Pape sessions take you to the heart of the appellations (60 €).
The à la carte sessions offer you a personalised programme with a global cost depending on the number of participants, during a weekend in the region, but also as an after-work of a company seminar... Based on your request, they draw up a programme and your quote.
