A very good value for money address where the chef revisits Provençal-style recipes with fresh produce.
Olympe from Carpentras and Sean have been running their bistro well since 2016. The chef, although of New Zealand origin, revisits Provencal recipes, Sean works with fresh, seasonal produce, which mainly comes from local producers. Olympe is a sommelier and her menu is well regarded, with some of the favourites of the moment highlighting local winemakers. Nice presentation of the plates. Meal without false notes. This is one of the good addresses in Courthézon. Very good value for money.

Un tout petit bémol sur la salle qui mériterait un petit coup de jeune pour être au niveau des assiettes, mais franchement, rien de bien grave !

Nous étions 6, le ressenti est unanime. J'y retournerais. Félicitations au couple qui s'occupe de se restaurant avec passion.
Il existe une terrasse extérieure.
