A very good value for money address where the chef revisits Provençal-style recipes with fresh produce.
Olympe from Carpentras and Sean have been running their bistro well since 2016. The chef, although of New Zealand origin, revisits Provencal recipes, Sean works with fresh, seasonal produce, which mainly comes from local producers. Olympe is a sommelier and her menu is well regarded, with some of the favourites of the moment highlighting local winemakers. Nice presentation of the plates. Meal without false notes. This is one of the good addresses in Courthézon. Very good value for money.
