Small family hotel located in the heart of the village offering spacious rooms

It is a small family hotel in the heart of the village, right opposite the pond basin. Its bright yellow facade is beautifully immersed in this environment bathed in the sun. The rooms are mainly functional and decorated with rustic furniture. They are rather spacious. From the first ray of sunshine you can enjoy a rich breakfast on the terrace or in the garden courtyard that is hidden at the back of the hotel. And who says family atmosphere is a friendly and caring welcome… and that counts, no?

Fuyez ! Cet hôtel est tenu par l’équivalent des Tenardiers qui vous aboient dessus ! Je me suis faite malmenée par le propriétaire devant mes 2 enfants car j’avais osé m’asseoir sur la terrasse à côté de son établissement (je précise que le restaurant était fermé donc personne n’était en terrasse). Bref , ce sont des personnes peu respectueuses de ceux qui les font vivre : les clients ! Dépensez votre argent ailleurs ! Fuyez !!!

Alors…. L’accueil de Brigitte est unique, chaleureux, réconfortant et touchant ….après 60 km de vélo … ne savait plus que faire pour nous réconforter! Le petit dej le matin… comme si nous habitions ici depuis 6 mois ! Bref génial !!

The Cafe de E'tang was busy as a tourist bus had decided to decamp in the village. So off we wandered down to the Hotel Bar for a drink. The lady knew a bit of English and sat us down with a pleasant smile. Off came the gentleman and we asked him "vous parle anglais". He said no but asked what we wanted and we asked for our drinks which he understood and with a sense of humor said, in French, "see we didn't need English for that". Outstanding and quick service with Rural French panache.
Two Rose, 1 Beer, 1 Cafe au lait and 1 Lemonade cost us €16. What is to not like about the place?

Très joli village. Mais un accueil déplorable et chambre qui sent très mauvais. Mauvaise éducation l’impression d’être des pigeons. Le savoir-vivre avec la clientèle est quand même le minimum qu’on peut attendre. Ah et petit déjeuner de radins. Non merci. Fuyez
