The chef prepares traditional, southern-style cuisine that follows the seasonality of the produce: chestnut velouté, lamb navarin, confit pig cheeks, Provençal-style cuttlefish, pissaladière... Excellent value for money for the full menu. The restaurant is only open in the evening. You can meet at the bar before dining. Privatization available for groups of 40 or more.
