Informations incomplètes sur patères qui doivent donc être retournées...
2 patères à torchons commandées début août 2019. Les photos présentaient des articles seulement de face : pas de profil comme cela aurait dû être le cas en plus. Par ailleurs, aucune mention dans le descriptif de la profondeur ou épaisseur des crochets (qui sont beaucoup trop grands et gros) pas plus que de l'épaisseur de la patère; pas de possibilité de zoom non plus pour les détails de l'image dont la reproduction ne s'avère pas de grande qualité. Après échange au téléphone avec un conseiller, pas question de me rembourser les frais de retour (près de 9 euros = l'article en coûte 13 ...) même si la personne reconnaît que je dis vrai. Au final, près de 15 euros perdus (fdp aller et frais retour)! Très mauvaise politique commerciale. Je ne recommande absolument pas!!
