Since 1987, Anaïs welcomes you in her hotel-restaurant located in the middle of olive trees, in front of the Mont Ventoux. Seven comfortable and very well equipped rooms of character are at your disposal. Depending on the season, breakfast and meals are served outside or in the beautiful Provencal-style dining room. Anaïs offers a cuisine based on seasonal, quality products. The wine list is a sample of the wines of the region but mainly organic wines from the Domaine de Talés which is the family winery.
