Hotel-restaurant offering local specialties at a good value.
The restaurant was a former horse relay (1480) transformed into an inn. In 1889 it became a hotel-restaurant under the name of the poet Petrarque. Since 1981 it has been a restaurant only. You will discover the know-how of the Valentin family, masters of the place for 3 generations, today embodied by the high standards of Frédéric Valentin, chef of the restaurant, and his brother Thierry, head chef who will ensure your comfort throughout the meal. Local speciality " la truite meunière " from the fishpond. Welcoming and good value for money.

Planche de charcuterie corse très petite. Ah oui aussi, quand on parle derriere sur les clients , attention à ce qu'ils n'entendent pas .
Bref , beaucoup trop cher pour ce qui est servi , aucun geste commercial de fait .
Très très déçu
Food are average, not authentic French tastes.
And the staff on the counter, didn’t calculate our orders into combo price which was 20% expensive than the menu. Glad my sister corrected that. We were in a wonderful family trip and didn’t want to be disrespectful to anyone, the only thing was we are Asian and don’t know much about French:)
