Here's a charming and gourmet address whose setting will take you back to your childhood when you sit down in the small classroom with its walls covered with maps. As soon as the weather is fine, you can settle in the courtyard or under the courtyard. The dishes are colorful and refined. The chef, Laurent Canton-Bacara, cooks according to his inspiration with the products of the moment, a warm scallop salad as a starter followed by a whole duck breast, goat cheese and honey… a treat! It's better to choose your dessert at the beginning of the meal, all are homemade and really excellent. We recommend the homemade pie. In the glass, well-chosen wines from the region, especially those from the Domaine de Chantegrillet. La Petite École de Gargas still has a long way to go!
