Totally independent house and a very rural courtyard in Gargas.
This old building is part of a small hamlet between Gargas and Roussillon. There is a farm where owners, dependencies and a stable team are not occupied and your house is completely independent. It is surrounded by 40 hectares of land. So say you are quiet. The restoration of the house was made in the spirit of the farm with décroutés walls, exposed beams. Inside, the walls were painted with lime. But above all it is the exterior that is full of charm with plantations and a very rustic courtyard.
