Founded in 1948, this family-run business specializes in chandelier restoration and reproduction of historic chandeliers, and is renowned the world over. Régis Mathieu, who has been at the helm of the Lustrerie since the 90s, has reinforced this reputation with major restoration projects for Monuments Historiques, including chandeliers for the Opéra Garnier, the Hall of Mirrors at Versailles and the Philadelphia Opera House. This passionate craftsman has set up his museum to showcase the 600 or so pieces in his collection.
