Spiritual stay with the monks who run a shop with essential oils, other scents and perfumes.

The Abbey of Notre-Dame de Sénanque was founded on June 23, 1148 by Cistercian monks from Mazan and the Ardèche. Thanks to Saint Bernard, the abbey was elevated to the level of powerful monastic orders. It was completed in 1220, almost seventy years in the making. In the mid-twentieth century, the monks began growing lavandin as an additional source of income. The store sells essential oils and many other scents and fragrances.
