We showed up at 7:15 on a March evening with no reservation. I don't think this would work well in busier times, but we were very warmly welcomed. The service was truly excellent -- friendly, helpful, attentive. The food was very good and the atmosphere lovely. Highly recommend Le Carillon!

We had a wonderful experience at Le Carillon. We were welcomed with our 2 children (ages 7 and 4) on a late reservation despite being nervous to take them in such a refined restaurant. The service, food and wine was excellent and they even went out of their way to make sure that the kids were taken care of. An all around wonderful experience with great hospitality.

Refuser un client à 13 h30, jour de marché. J'ajoute que ce n'était pas une question de place mais d'arrêt du service. Il y avait plusieurs tables libres et on m'a répondu on ne sert plus. Après, ils se plaindront que les villages se meurent..... Mon pauvre village ! Rien que le ton de leur réponse confirme qu''il est préférable d' aller ailleurs.

Für mich eines der besten Restaurants in der Region. Unglaublich gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, jedes Gericht ein Genuss. Hinzu kommt der herzliche Service und das tolle Ambiente.

We LOVED our meal and can’t wait to return. Michelin star quality food in a charming setting with perfect service. We loved all of the 6 dishes we shared. Each was so creative and flavorful without trying too hard or being overly complicated. It was elevated French food at its finest. Highly recommend the diced vegetables with duck breast, the sea bream, chicken, strawberry dessert, and goat cheese platter.

C'est la deuxième année où nous nous rendons dans cet établissement avec toujours le même accueil ( personnel souriant, disponible, à l'écoute) et la même qualité des mets ( produits frais, assiette joliment décorée, finesse des produits): un régal pour l'oeil mais surtout pour les papilles! Si vous passez par GOULT, il faut s'y arrêter.
