AUBERGE DES PAPES
An atypical inn with a warm welcome, local cuisine and truffle menu. Three bedrooms upstairs.
The setting is rustic and, above all, full of antique objects and furniture. So yes, it's an unusual address. But if you're looking for a warm welcome and tasty dishes, don't miss out. Marie Nicolas's cuisine is a model of Provençal and typically local tradition. It's no surprise, then, that truffles are a delight to savor, whether scented with olive oil, sprinkled in petals or grated into thick shavings. Other highlights include a pleasant flower-filled terrace, a troglodyte bar and a visitable spring in the vaulted cellar.
