ATELIER LAFFANOUR
Laffanour is the Provençal seat in all its states! or Provence in the state of siege, as George Laffanour so aptly said, it was his son Pierre-Louis who took the reins of the company. In 1840, under Louis-Philippe, Theodore Laffanour, a carpenter in the chair, made his first seat. They are either painted or skated, or walnut wood, these armchairs perpetuate the Provençal tradition of the art of living. Chauffeuses, marquesas, radassiers (in Paris), but also libraries, cabinets, bedside tables, bed frames and all style furniture come out of these workshops where know-how passes from father to son. A rewarding know-how, since the Atelier Laffanour has been certified as the "Living Heritage Company" by the Higher Institute of Trades in Paris. As Papa Laffanour said: " See where it leads us to put people on the straw! '»»»»
