On the plate, scallops usher in autumn with parsnips and porcini mushrooms, figs and grapes for dessert, truffles, mushrooms and game are the stars of winter, followed by asparagus and artichokes in springtime recipes to accompany meat and fish, while the summer menu features all the flavors of the Mediterranean.
