This traditional restaurant offers many well-made and hearty Alsatian dishes for a reasonable price. The Fichter family welcomes you with a smile in their large restaurant room with its old-fashioned decoration. Always based on fresh products, the chef concocts every week dishes of which he has the secret, notably based on trout or game from the surrounding forests. On Sundays, it's traditional homemade tarts flambées, among the best in the area. The home-made terrine and the smoked duck breast are excellent.
