Tasty and traditional cuisine, concocted by the starred chef Frédéric Robert in Le Barroux.
Bistro decor with counter and barrels, and a good number of regulars. The cuisine is tasty, flavorful and traditional. Frédéric Robert (starred chef in 2005-2006 at Fil du Temps in Pernes-les-Fontaines) and Frédéric Martin are in charge of the stoves. They feature local dishes such as tête de veau, pieds et paquets and caillettes à la provençale. For dessert, enjoy iced nougat, apricot crumble or Barroux's signature fruit. Truffle evenings in season are not to be missed.

Service was excellent. Food was probably the best we had in our 2 weeks in the area.
Reasonable prices....we paid €140 for 1 appetizer, 4 entrees, 3 desserts and a bottle of rosé. Recommended.

Nous l’avons découvert l’été dernier et nous avons été conquis par la cuisine qui ressemble à celle d’une grand-mère qui passe des heures aux fourneaux ????.
Je rêvais d’y retourner cette année, aujourd’hui l’occasion s’est présenté et quel bonheur mon dieu. Le service et la cuisine sont toujours autant extraordinaire.
Clairement mon restaurant préféré.
