It is a Vaucluse tradition to celebrate the local production's flagship. So here we are talking about apricot, this delicious and sun-drenched fruit. It is celebrated every July 14. In the city center, producers unpack their most beautiful fruits. Throughout the day, enjoy and sip fresh drinks, pastries, homemade ice creams, apricot macaroons. While children indulge in the joys of the activities, adults embark on a very funny competition... the spitting out of apricot kernel! At the end of the afternoon, it's time for a guided tour of the village from the castle esplanade; we don't deprive ourselves of it, it's free! The celebration ends in beauty with the ball.
